Out of the two plants I bought, one was completely broken after rolling around unsecured in the box. I took photos immediately and attached them to an email. I had no response so after a couple of days I re emailed. Eventually I received a response saying theywere not replying to emails, I did get a very laconic email saying they could send another plant “if I liked”. Well, yes I would, bearing in mind I had paid for two plants. No apology and no response so far. Adam and his team need to pull their finger out. Still no replacement plant or communication. I would suggest that you don’t buy from this nursery it just isn’t professional.

FABULOUS PLANTS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Truly wonderful plants all that we have received. Sadly these ones didn’t have the best of it getting here. One was snapped off at base buy probably the elastic band supporting the plant in the box. And the other one was all over the inside and not saved but the first one is in the green house and has new growth on it thankfully. But we decided not to complain or inform anyone because we are truly happy with all we have received and will be back again soon in the future.They have had to travel all the way up to Liverpool after all.
