Delivery and Click & Collect Information

There are three ways in which you can get your hands on our lovely plants, compost and other gardening products. These are outlined below.

 

Local Delivery

If you fall into our local delivery area you will qualify for our local delivery rate which is £5. Deliveries will be free if you spend over £50. You will receive an order confirmation via email and updates on when your order is out for delivery and has been delivered. Please send us an email if you haven't received your delivery or would like to get a delivery time estimate.

All orders are delivered by our own team members on our own transport to ensure the best quality plants and service. Resulting in hassle free gardening for you.

The postcodes that are included in our Local Delivery area are as follows (postcodes with an Asterix next to them include all postcodes that start with that particular area code):

Click & Collect

If you would like purchase our products via click and collect, please choose this option at checkout and follow the instructions. Our Click & Collect service is free. You will be sent a confirmation email with your order. When the order is ready for collection you will receive an email letting you know (this will usually be within 24 hours). Please turn up on time and bring confirmation of your order. Please be aware of social distancing when collecting your plants to keep yourself and our team safe. The Click & Collect area is at the front of the nursery as you drive in, on the right hand side, your order will either be inside or outside the plastic greenhouse depending on the weather. It is well signposted. If you have any problems, please let a member of staff know and they will help you out.

 

National Delivery

We now offer a national delivery service for those who fall outside of our local delivery zone. The courier we use is DPD. You will receive an order confirmation via email and updates on when your order is out for delivery and has been delivered. Please send us an email if you haven't received your delivery or would like to get a delivery time estimate. All of our products are packaged well here by the team before heading out to you. 

Orders under £50 will be charged £5 and orders over £50 will receive free delivery.
