Gift Message

I ordered 2 potted planters for Mothers Day but, unfortunately, took too long to arrive, 12 days in total. On the day of delivery I was excited to finally see them, upon opening the box, i was disappointed, both pots were laid on their sides with soil everywhere. Not sure what happened but I will not be ordering anymore plants, certainly not at £49.99.

Ordered 2 seasonal planters (with gift message) 10 days before Mothers Day. No communication by the Friday before, so I tried to contact - no answer to calls or emails. Eventually advised that no delivery before Mother's Day, should be following Tuesday. On Tuesday, again, no communication. When chased, gave me reply of, sorry, Wednesday now. On Wednesday, planters just left in the doorway of recipient, no packaging or attempt to hide.
Overall very disappointing lack of service and would not use again.

I bought two plants as gift for someone else. They were perfectly delivered and packed. The person that received the plants was very happy by the quality and beauty of the plants. I will definitely use this service more often.Very reasonable price too! Thanks!!
